If I had anything to pad my finger, I’d be drawing something, but it’s currently too painful to hold a pen properly right now. >:| Get to healing already, skin, oh my gog.

Someone ban me from looking at Nintendo’s refurbished items, I am entirely too close to being able to afford a 3DS and that’s a much more achievable goal than a new desktop, which I need more but find increasingly unlikely that I’ll ever obtain on my own. :V Hhhh.
Been there~ Good job not running out of class! ♥
Hahah, I’ve run out of enough classes to have learned how to convince myself to endure for a bit longer, even if I’m sobbing grossly over the paper. (Boy, I feel bad for that teacher.) XD; It helped that it didn’t get really bad until the veeery end. There was still vain hope that I could pull it out in the end.
Ahahahahahaha, I nearly had a panic attack in class. I avoided having a complete meltdown by cleaning my paint brushes for, like, 15 minutes and repeating the mantra I’m done, I’m done, I’m done. I think my teacher could tell I was freaking out because he didn’t talk to me at all for the last 30 minutes of class. I’m never sure how obvious I am when I’m desperate to run out of the room and have a good cry in my car. :B
Note to self: practice mixing warm dark browns this week. More milk chocolate, less red velvet.
maybe try a thicker brush for inking for a bit!
maybe play around with line widths? or use a brush with a heavier/different texture of some sort. the sketch underneath looks interesting, maybe you could play with that kind of thing? just for direction ideas /o/
I’m literally pants at inking with thick brushes, as my line width variance is also pants. :V It just looks blocky when I try and I am noooot a blocky artist. I tried out painting in my lines, though, just leaving them a bit sketchy. I can fake line width that way, at least, and I don’t get as caught up in imperfections.
I think it comes out okay looking, though I’d want to refine it a bit more. :B Might blend into my painterly coloring style better than hard lines, I think?
I’ll try and finish this drawing and see how I like it with color.
Looks fine to me
:B I guess it’s okay, but gosh darn it, I’ve gotten better at painting than inking, so now it’s all just lackluster to me now. I’m just going to have to figure out a way to do it in a more pleasing manner. Because I’m picky. :BBB
Someone heeelllp I’ve completely lost my inking mojo I don’t know what I’m doing anymorrreeee
